  • Highly Available Management Group due to architecture changes, think removal of RMS
  • Resource Pooling, to distribute load and provide high availability without clustering
  • Network Monitoring, leveraging a new SNMP stackand EMC Smarts acquired technology the product will be able to monitor many aspects of your network
  • Application Monitoring, leveraging the Avicode acquisition deep application monitoring is now native to the product but somewhat limited to .NET applications
  • New and Improved Dashboarding,  combined with widgets dashboarding will provide better visuals and insight into the monitored environment
  • JEE Monitoring, provided by JEE Management Packs that monitor products such as IBM WebSphere, WebLogic, Apache Tomcat and more
  • New PowerShell Module, think new PowerShell cmdlets to perform common administrator tasks
